To secure your booking, a non-refundable $100 deposit is required within 3 days. Please use your full name and the party date as the payment description and email us at contact@sunburyindoorsports.com.au; the remaining balance is due on the day of the event. Please note a 12-child minimum applies to all parties. Final catering numbers must be confirmed 4 days prior, as we cannot offer refunds for “no-shows” once food is prepared. While no outside food or drink is permitted, we offer a variety of adult platters—please submit your selection and quantities 4 days in advance. We provide all tableware, so you only need to bring the cake and any decorations. You are welcome to arrive 15 minutes early to set up!
